Dental Implants

Dentists use dental implants to replace missing teeth and restore function as well as improve esthetics. A dental implant is a titanium post (replacing the root of a tooth) that is surgically placed into the bone and allows your dentist to mount replacement teeth, a bridge, or even a denture into that area. We can use this technology to replace a single tooth or restore an entire mouth. If you are missing teeth, ask Dr. Sanchez if you could be a candidate for dental implants.

Tooth Colored Fillings

At Endeavor Dental we don’t use silver fillings that are un-aesthetic, potentially harmful, and considered an old technique in dentistry. We use the highest quality material to restore areas effected by cavities to provide proper and esthetic protection for your teeth. Tooth colored fillings can also be bonded to a tooth for cosmetic purposes or to improve the appearance of discoloration. Come ask us how we can help you achieve the smile you always wanted!

Invisalign

Orthodontics in dentistry focuses on the alignment of the teeth to improve a person’s smile and oral dental health. Crooked teeth make it easier to get decay and gum disease since they are harder to maintain and clean. Mis-alignment of the teeth might also lead to the fracturing of teeth due to biting forces not being properly distributed on a daily basis.  At Endeavor Dental in Cibolo, Texas we offer Invisalign clear aligners. These are clear or invisible custom-made plastic aligners, which are designed to shift your teeth into the proper position. About twice a month, the patient switches to a new set of aligner trays, repeating this until their teeth are in the correct position.

This is a great alternative to traditional metal braces which are unaesthetic and uncomfortable for certain patients. An Invisalign consult is quick and fast! We look forward to restoring your smile and confidence! Please contact us to see how we can help.

Veneers

Porcelain veneers are thin pieces of porcelain shaped to fit perfectly over the front side of your teeth. Veneers are very strong, look natural and are customized to match the shape and color of your own teeth or desired look.

Veneer teeth are teeth that have had dental work to improve peoples smile.

Dental Extractions

In certain situations when there is nothing more the dentist can do to save your tooth either from injury or decay, an extraction might be necessary.  Our dentist will always give you all your treatment options after examining your specific dental needs. Extractions are necessary when the tooth is causing you extreme pain or to possibly avoid dental infections.  If a dental extraction is necessary, we will ensure that you will be comfortable and pain-free during the whole procedure. At Endeavor dental, we believe that patient comfort is our number one priority and want you to have the best possible experience.  We look forward to restoring your smile and confidence! Please contact us to see how we can help.

Crowns

Crowns at Endeavor Dental are designed & fabricated using a ceramic or porcelain material which is metal free and of the highest quality and strength.  The crown is customized to look and feel like your natural teeth and desired shade of color. The crown will be made to fit on top of your natural tooth, covering it completely to give it the needed strength.

Deep Cleanings

Sensitive or swollen gums that bleed easily when brushing might be a sign of early gum disease or periodontal disease. Gum Disease can easily lead to constant discomfort and bad odor in the mouth. This disease is multi-factorial that can be prevented or managed with constant dental care. In order to be officially diagnosed, a dental exam & x-rays are needed.  Once we understand the condition of your gums, we can address the issue appropriately which may include a “deep cleaning”.

Usually bleeding gums and bone loss is caused by the accumulation of calcified plaque, or “calculus,” and bacteria around the teeth. If you are not seeing a dentist regularly for cleanings, this bacteria can create an infection in your gums which may lead to bone loss and eventually losing your teeth. Deep cleanings are performed to remove the calculus and source of infection. After performing the deep cleaning, patients can expect to see major improvements in gum health and odor as long as they are continuing proper maintenance and home care.

At Endeavor Dental, we can help you with any questions you may have about periodontal disease.

Root canal Process

When teeth have large cavities or are broken, it can lead to severe dental pain and infection.  This is because each tooth has a nerve inside of the root that signals pain when it becomes infected or encroached upon.

A root canal procedure entails cleaning the tooth and removing the infected nerve. This should immediately relieve the pain and give the tooth a longer life span.

If a dental infection is not treated it can spread to other parts of the body and lead to serious complications. We can provide root canal treatment for most cases in our office, within the same day.  We will monitor for any signs of infection after the root canal is completed.

Affordable Dentures

Dentures can be a great option for people with missing or decayed teeth to restore their smile and gain the ability to eat certain foods. Our dentures are customized and made specifically to fit you. You are involved in the process of choosing tooth size, color, and all the aesthetics.

There are three main types of dentures,  a complete, a partial or an implant retained/supported denture.  A complete denture is when someone doesn’t have any natural teeth left or have worn them down so much that we need to remove them completely,  this type appliance will rest on your gums. A partial denture is when you are missing some teeth but the adjacent teeth are still good and can be used as anchors and for retention purposes. Complete and partial appliances are removable and must be taken out daily to give your gums a rest.  An implant retained denture is a denture that rests on your gums and held in your mouth by dental implants. A dental implant retained denture has the strongest retention of all the removable options, and provides the best ability to eat a normal diet.
