Dr.Richard Brian Sanchez

Dr. Richard Brian Sanchez received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Texas at San Antonio while working for the U.S. Air Force as an aircraft technician. He was at Randolph Air Force Base in Universal City, Texas for seven years and valued every moment of it. He then attended Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree.

Dr. Sanchez is fluent in Spanish and English and has a passion for dentistry. He went into this profession to help the community by providing the highest quality dental care. He enjoys staying up to date with state of the art dental technology and techniques. He is very family oriented and enjoys being outdoors. He is looking forward to providing the highest quality of dental care for you and your family.

Dr.Danielle Larivey

Danielle Larivey graduated magna cum laude from Texas State University where she received her Bachelors of Science in Biology. She attended dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and graduated magna cum laude with honors in research. Dr. Larivey then completed her residency at Texas A&M College of Dentistry for Advanced Education in General Dentistry and worked alongside oral surgeons, periodontists and prosthodontists. 

During her residency, she completed a 100+ hour implant continuum course to gain direct experience with placing and restoring implants. She focuses her practice on All-on-4 restorative procedures and supports doctors alongside Digital Ape Full Arch Solutions to provide better aesthetics, predictability, and experience for their patients. 

Roxanne Lechuga- Office Leader

Welcome to our Practice! Roxanne is the friendly face at the front desk. She loves to find ways to help people smile and that includes building confidence to share their smiles! She is happy to answer your questions, plan for appointments, help resolve concerns and make your visits positive.

It is important to her that each of you enjoy a feeling of ease and confidence in our office. She has been in the dental field for 27 years, in which 19 years of it she was chair side as a dental assistant. She has been married to her husband for 21 years, and they are proud parents of four beautiful kids. After her kids flew from their nest, she decided to finish her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.

Even though she finished her degree, she can’t get away from the dental field, since it’s her passion. Her Endeavor is to travel with her husband to see the world.

Kristine Willey RDH

Kristine graduated with honors from Coastal Bend College in 2019. Prior to becoming a Dental Hygienist, Kristine served as a Dental Assistant in the field of pediatric dentistry for four years. Kristine and her husband, Jordan, are newly-married and recently welcomed their first born daughter, Kadee.

They also share their home with their two Daschunds, Tucker and Lola. Outside of work Kristine enjoys tackling home projects and spending time with family. Kristine’s Endeavor is to continue to improve and grow in both her professional career and personal life in order to continuously create a better life for her family and her patients.

Brittany Doan RDH

Brittany grew up in small town Indiana where her family still resides. She graduated Dental Hygiene school in 2008 at Indiana University. She is an Air Force spouse who has supported her husband at his duty assignments at Charleston Air Force Base, South Carolina and Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota and now for a second tour at Ft Sam Houston, San Antonio. Brittany and her husband have two children, a daughter and son. She enjoys traveling, experiencing the local cultures, trying new restaurants, and exploring the outdoors with her family. Brittany’s favorite parts of her job are building relationships with her patients and guiding them to make educated decisions about their dental health which affects their overall health.
