Mobile Check-In
We are asking our patients to call the office from their cars once they arrive in the parking lot. This will help us limit the number of patients in our patient lounge to increase safety and social distancing.
All of our New Patient Paperwork and Covid-19 Questionnaires can be completed online from home.
We’ve added a screening station in our reception area for a quick but thorough check-in. Upon your arrival, we will have a few questions about travel, exposure, and symptoms. All of our forms can be done from home on your computer. Complete forms now.
Fast Dental Appointment Check-In
Your appointment check-ins and check-outs will be quicker to reduce your time in the office. You’ll notice hand sanitizer and added physical distancing for your protection.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
We’ve added more PPE for the entire team including N95 masks, face shields and gowns. All this new gear will help protect you and our team even better! Our staff is loving it! =)
Surgically Clean Air Purifiers
We’ve added medical grade filtration H13 true HEPA Air Purifiers to all common areas and treatment rooms! They feature 6-stage filters to remove chemicals, toxins, germs, and odors. Most importantly, these medical-grade air purifiers kill airborne viruses and bacteria, to help reduce the spread of illness.
